Madison Buck

Madison Buck is a Social Media Strategist at Online Optimism. Madison has previous experience working as a Social Media Specialist and Tourism Sales Intern. At Online Optimism, they developed and scheduled weekly content calendars, oversaw and managed client social media presence, implemented engagement strategies, and analyzed and compiled data in monthly reports. At New Orleans & Company, they assisted upper level managers with various projects, directly reached out to members regarding upcoming events, and attended a bridal show in New Orleans promoting the company. Madison has also worked as an Attractions Cast Member at Walt Disney World.

Madison Buck has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University. Madison also has a high school diploma from Pope John Paul II Catholic High School in Slidell, LA. In addition, they have various certifications in community management, marketing strategy, Snapchat essentials, LinkedIn marketing solutions fundamentals, social media, and inbound sales from Meta, LinkedIn, Snap Inc., HubSpot Academy, and Google. Finally, they have an internship certification from the Walt Disney Company.
