Muzzamil Ali

Muzzamil Ali has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Muzzamil started their career as an Advocate, practicing law in the Judicature of Karnataka from October 2012 to January 2014. During this time, they handled criminal cases and worked in both trial and high courts.

In 2016, Muzzamil joined CareerNet Technologies as an Associate Consultant, where they worked from March to December.

In 2017, Muzzamil joined GetupForChange Services Pvt Ltd as a Legal Associate. Muzzamil provided support and assistance to the B2C Legal Team and was also part of the B2B Legal Team, dealing with corporate clients.

From June 2018 to the present, Muzzamil served as a Sr. Product Counsel at GetupForChange Services Pvt Ltd. In this role, they extensively dealt with contract management, working with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Muzzamil also drafted final contracts after ratification from client companies.

In December 2020, Muzzamil took on the additional role of Ops Head (Legal & Operations) at GetupForChange Services Pvt Ltd. As Ops Head, they designed strategies for efficient workflow, built and managed teams, prepared operation documentations, and provided legal advice to banking clients. Muzzamil also played a key role in contract management, including dealing with NDA's and drafting contracts.

Throughout their career, Muzzamil has demonstrated proficiency in legal operations, team management, contract management, and providing legal advice.

Muzzamil Ali completed their Bachelor of Laws (BA., LL.B.) degree from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law in Bangalore between 2007 and 2012. Muzzamil then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Industrial Relations/Labour Laws from Ramaiah Institute Of Management Studies, with a duration from 2014 to 2016.
