Jon Ewing

Jon Ewing has extensive work experience in various roles in project management and engineering. Jon is currently working as a Project Manager at OnLogic since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Blodgett Oven Company for over 10 years, starting as an Engineering Intern and progressing to roles such as Staff Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, and Project Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and developing commercial cooking equipment, creating detailed project plans, leading cross-departmental teams, and collaborating with internal and external customers.

Before joining Blodgett Oven Company, Jon worked at Vail Resorts as a Terrain Parks and Special Events Lead, where they designed terrain parks and managed a team for construction and maintenance. Jon also collaborated with different departments and event staff for corporate-sponsored events. Additionally, Jon has experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Plumb Kendall Construction, where they managed on-site operations, oversaw subcontractors, and ensured compliance with safety regulations for large-scale residential remodeling projects.

Jon Ewing has a strong educational background with two bachelor's degrees. Jon attended the University of Vermont from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they studied at Saint Michael's College from 2003 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.

In terms of certifications, Jon has recently obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In May 2021, they completed courses in "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals," "Efficient Time Management," "Leading and Working in Teams," "Learning GDPR," and "Smartsheet Essential Training" from the platform.
