Meg Dawson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both the culinary and administrative sectors. Currently serving as the Director for North Carolina at OnLogic since November 2021, Meg has previously held the role of Owner/Operator at Das ButterHaus from October 2020 to November 2023. Meg's extensive experience in the culinary field includes positions as Head Pastry Chef at Philo Ridge Farm, The Great Northern, and The Inn at Shelburne Farms, as well as Head Baker at The Dog and Pig Show and Pastry Sous Chef at Bklyn Larder. Meg began her career in the food industry as a server at Baja Bean CO. and Pigeon Hole. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and has also studied at Boston University.
