Anna Smith is an experienced Organisational Change Manager currently supporting Only About Children, focusing on the development and implementation of change and communication plans for IT projects. Previously, Anna worked at NEC Australia as an Organisational Change Specialist and HR Business Partner, managing a team responsible for HR services for approximately 240 staff. Anna's career includes roles as HR Manager at The Personnel Group, HR & Training Officer at Accor, and various positions in hospitality and education, starting as a Management Trainee at Grand Bay View Hotel. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Australian International Hotel School, affiliated with Cornell University and RMIT.
