Not just recruiters. Not just PTs. We’re both.

OnlyPT was built because physical therapy deserves better recruiting.

Too often, clinics work with recruiters who don't understand the profession, and therapists are matched with opportunities by people who have never treated a patient. We thought there was a better way.

As a recruiting firm founded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, we combine firsthand clinical experience with professional recruiting expertise. That means we understand the challenges clinics face, the questions therapists actually care about, and what it takes to make the right long-term match.

We partner with organizations across the country to recruit Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants, while helping clinicians find opportunities where they can thrive.

At the end of the day, recruiting is about people. We just happen to speak both languages.
