Selma Alaca

Selma Alaca is a people-focused HR Manager with over 8 years of experience in the communications and IT infrastructure industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager for the Nordics at Onnec, Selma manages the HR agenda for the region, driving initiatives in labor law, recruitment, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Selma held various positions including HR Director and Office Manager at Essen International, where they contributed to the company's growth and established its U.S. office. Selma is passionate about Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, advocating for workplaces where individuals feel valued and empowered. They hold a degree in Sociology from Stockholm University and have completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
