Ronald Poon

Ronald Poon is an experienced Innovation Consultant at onova, focusing on fostering enduring innovation cultures since March 2022, and has successfully facilitated and co-led hackathons and projects for notable clients such as BMO, McDonald's, Capgemini, and HSBC. Prior to this role, Ronald served as a writer for The Life Economist, authoring economics-based articles aimed at enhancing personal optimization. Ronald's background also includes diverse roles such as a swimming instructor, retail assistant, team member, legal intern, and leadership positions within student organizations. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Economics from Monash University and completed an IB Diploma Programme at John McGlashan College.
