Ericha Backus

Ericha Backus has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ericha most recently worked at Onovative as an Account Executive starting in January 2023. Before that, they were a Customer Success Manager at GetAccept from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they had roles at ADP, including Associate Insurance Account Executive from July 2020 to July 2021, and Senior District Sales Manager from May 2018 to July 2020. Ericha also worked as a Job Coach/Developer at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. from July 2017 to March 2018, and as a Staffing Intern at PS Companies from March 2017 to May 2017.

Ericha Backus completed their high school education at Florence High School from 2008 to 2012. Ericha then pursued a degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services as well as International Business. Ericha successfully graduated from the University in 2017.
