Roger Bashige

Roger Bashige is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. As Operations Manager at Armorgroup Site Logistics from November 2003 to March 2006, Roger developed foundational skills in managing logistics operations. Roger has served as Director at Engineering Network (ENGINET) since September 2007 and co-founded ONPASSIVE in September 2020, focusing on creating passive income opportunities through IT, internet, and AI technologies. Additionally, Roger has held positions as Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS) since April 2013, Country Manager at Forever Living Products for Congo DRC and Congo Brazzaville from March 2006 to May 2012, and Country Director at Trévo Congo & DRC since 2015. Earlier, Roger led as Head of Department at the Bureau Technique de Contrôle/Ministry of Public Works from February 2002 to November 2003. Roger holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures and Constructions from the University of Kinshasa and a Bachelor of Sciences in Maths and Physics from Collège Alfajiri/Bukavu.
