Daniel Folkes

Daniel Folkes has worked for four different companies since 2016. Daniel began their career at 180 Parking Services as Manager in 2016. In 2019, they moved to WellStar Health System as an IT Service Analyst 1. In 2020, they joined UKG as an Escalation Manager and Tax Support Specialist. Most recently, they began working at OnPay as a Tax Operations Analyst in 2022.

Daniel Folkes completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Computer Information Systems at Georgia State University from 2015 to 2019. Daniel has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch" and "How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch" in April 2022, as well as "Building Trust", "Critical Thinking", "Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations", "Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting", "De-Escalating Conversations for Customer Service", "Delivering Bad News to a Customer", "Building Business Relationships", "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence", "Interpersonal Communication", and "Proven Tips for Managing Your Time" in February and March 2022.
