Geoff Boon

Geoff Boon is a Senior Consultant at OnPlan since January 2020, specializing in the development and deployment of maintenance instructions for large industrial assets. In addition, Geoff has been working as a Senior Consultant at AssetOn since February 2016, focusing on improving operational assets and systems in cost-constrained environments. Previously, Geoff served as the Australian Operations Manager and Qld & NZ Regional Manager at Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd from January 2006 to January 2016, overseeing a workforce of 300 employees and driving significant business growth. Additionally, Geoff was a SAP PM Specialist, providing post-implementation support for Bluescope Steel. Earlier experience includes a role as Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at James Hardie Building Products from February 1992 to October 2005, where Geoff contributed to SAP implementation and training efforts. Education includes studies at CQUniversity from 1999 to 2002, Corinda High from 1980 to 1982, and ongoing engagement with the Asset Management Council since 2016.
