Michael D. Taylor

Michael graduated from the University of Texas with a Ph.D. in Physics and in his early career applied this knowledge working with the US Air Force and the International Atomic Energy Agency headquartered in Vienna, Austria on nuclear materials research and safeguards systems. Michael’s passion for technology quickly drove him to the corporate and consulting worlds helping businesses achieve value from their Oracle and IT investments. Michael quickly became known as one of the top Oracle DBA / Technologists on the West Coast and has held the Oracle ACE distinction for over a decade. Michael is also considered an expert in the areas of Linux, virtualization technologies as well as a host of software development languages.
