David Hefter

David Hefter has over 40 years of work experience in various roles. David started their career at PUBLIC SERVICE ELECTRIC & GAS COMPANY OF NEW JERSEY as a Lead Engineer and Database Group Leader, where they were involved in the start-up of a nuclear power plant and was responsible for software development and system maintenance. David then worked at Maryland National Bank as a Systems Analyst and Programmer, where they developed and maintained software systems.

Hefter then joined The House of Seagram - Distillery as a PC Coordinator and Programmer, handling hardware and software support for PC's in a manufacturing plant environment and network design. David later worked at ASTA Engineering as a Senior Information Manager, focusing on business development, IT services expansion, and information management for government and commercial clients.

Hefter's next role was at KEVRIC, a division of IMC, where they served as the Vice President for IT and IS Operations. In this position, they oversaw the company's information management program, managed government contracted projects, and handled financial management and client presentations.

Currently, Hefter is working at OnPoint as a Senior Program Manager. David'sresponsibilities include managing the company's industrial security program, supporting staff augmentation contracts, and overseeing administrative functions for onsite staff.

David Hefter attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1976 to 1981, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2006.
