Samara Schulman

Samara Schulman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the President of OnPoint, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Business Operations at OnPoint from December 2014 to May 2022, where they managed the Business Operations Department and oversaw various aspects of accounting and finance. At OnPoint, they also worked as a Procurement Officer/Financial Analyst for projects with the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration and the Department of Defense Air Force from December 2012 to July 2020. Samara'sresponsibilities in this role included issuing RFIs and RFQs, evaluating vendor bids, and guiding employees through the procurement process.

Before joining OnPoint, Samara worked at The Princeton Review, where they held multiple positions including Executive Director, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of the Graduate Department from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Course Manager at GRE & LSAT in 2005 and as a Hillel Programming Specialist at Hillel from 2002 to 2005. Overall, Samara has demonstrated their expertise in business operations, procurement, financial analysis, project control, and team management throughout their career.

Samara Schulman holds a Master of Arts degree in Education and Curriculum Development from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Near Eastern Studies, as well as Judaic Studies from Cornell University between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Samara holds several certifications, including CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) obtained from Scrum Alliance in May 2014, PMP (Project Management Professional) obtained from PMI in June 2013, and ITIL Foundations, v3 certification obtained from ITIL in May 2012.
