Daniela Rossman

Daniela Rossman is currently a Logistic Services Representative IV at OnProcess Technology, where they assist clients in the medical services industry with order creation, dispatch, and tracking. Prior to this role, they worked as a Rate Dispute Analyst at APL, focusing on customer account management and dispute resolution. Daniela also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative in dedicated accounts and general roles, where they addressed export and import inquiries. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica and studied Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai International Studies University.
