Jim Flinton

Jim Flinton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Implementations & Transformation at OnProcess Technology since October 2012, Jim has previously held multiple leadership roles at the company, including Vice President of Global Implementations and Vice President of Client Services. Prior to OnProcess Technology, Jim was Managing Director at T3i Group, where Jim oversaw divisions focused on subscription-based telecommunications information products. Jim's tenure at Avaya saw significant contributions as Vice President of various functions, including Customer Orders, Billing & Collections, and M&A Integration. Earlier in his career, Jim held notable positions at AT&T and earned a BA in Political Science/Journalism from Syracuse University, along with completing the Advanced Management Program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
