Kritika Joshi

Kritika Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead at OnProcess Technology since August 2020, Kritika previously held the position of Operations Manager at Jazztel Communication from October 2015 to November 2017 and worked as a Team Leader at Fusion BPO Services between December 2012 and October 2015. Kritika earned a Bachelor's degree from Darjeeling GC College, attending from 2009 to 2012.
