Previously, Syed excelled as the Head of Platforms Engineering at Arria NLG from December 2020 to April 2025, where a notable achievement includes the rapid design and development of a multi-million-dollar call-center platform alongside a Business Analytics and Data platform for machine learning and artificial intelligence, both generating significant revenue. Prior roles include Architecture Manager at APS and various positions in software architecture and development from August 2007 to August 2015. Syed holds a Master of Information Technology (Professional Computing) from Swinburne University of Technology.
