Tom Wingard

Tom Wingard is the founder of Pendium Group, LLC, a company specializing in real estate, development, design, and construction, established in November 2008. Additionally, Tom serves as the Director of Technology at onQsites, LLC, focusing on technology solutions including SEO, website optimization, real estate IDX/MLS integration, and custom management systems since 2009. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management, as well as a BS in Accounting, both earned from Guilford College between 1977 and 1982.
