Daniel Klein, FSA, FCIA, CFA, is an actuary and CFA charterholder with over two decades of experience in insurance and risk management. They have a robust background in capital management, investment risk modeling, and pricing, currently focusing on the digital transformation of the insurance industry through blockchain technology. Daniel has held leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including Manulife Financial, Sun Life Financial, and CLHIA, and continues to drive innovative initiatives as the Head of Actuarial at OnRe. They are committed to mentoring young actuaries and enhancing industry practices while advocating for modern regulatory approaches. Daniel is pursuing an Honours B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and Economics at the University of Toronto.
