With extensive experience in the finance sector, Matt has previously held leadership positions as Finance Director at Core to Cloud Ltd and Head of Finance at UCAS, where a focus was placed on modernizing financial operations and supporting growth initiatives. Key accomplishments include developing financial strategies for international expansion, building financial infrastructure, and implementing advanced financial planning and analysis tools. Matt began the finance career as a Finance Assistant and progressed through various roles, gaining expertise in financial oversight, reporting, and strategic planning, culminating in a CIMA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Accounting & Finance from the University of Gloucestershire.
