Architecture and design for those who seek excellence

Based in Valencia and founded in 2013 by architects Carlos Balada and Carlos Bonet, our studio has delivered exclusive projects in Spain and internationally, encompassing both new builds and refurbishments. Our portfolio includes distinctive private residences, high-end real estate developments, corporate spaces, and educational facilities always with a global vision and uncompromising quality standards.

Warm minimalism, emotional design

We believe a space should not only look exceptional, but also feel exceptional. Each project is conceived as a unique piece, blending essential architecture, order and proportion, and a cohesive design vision with a warm minimalism that brings harmony and comfort. Every line, material, and detail is meticulously considered to create timeless environments that inspire, embrace, and express identity.

Bespoke projects, trust without compromise

Our work is grounded in a fully integrated, bespoke process that guides clients from the initial concept to final delivery. We do more than design. We advise, manage, and coordinate every stage, transforming the creation of a space into an inspiring and secure journey. Each commission is a relationship built on trust, discretion, and excellence, where technical precision meets creative vision to bring the most ambitious aspirations to life.
