Mark Tisdel currently serves as a Board of Directors member at Onside since February 2025 and as an advisor to the CEO and CFO of Aportio Technologies from June 2024. Previously, Mark was an advisor to the CFO at GrubMarket Inc. from May 2023 to January 2025. Mark held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mineral from May 2021 until April 2024, during which time the company rebranded from ThinkHR and Mammoth HR and was acquired by Mitratech in December 2023. Prior roles include CFO at Mammoth HR, Lightbend, Inc., Orion Health, Model N, Steelwedge Software, and Spigit, Inc., with extensive experience in financial leadership across various companies. Mark holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Law from Clarkson University.
