Ryan Kolb

Ryan Kolb is a GRC professional with over 8 years of GRC implementation experience and more than 10 years of internal audit experience, including both SOX and non-SOX audits. They have held positions such as Internal Audit Supervisor at PRGX and Internal Audit Manager at LogistiCare, and have worked across diverse sectors including retail, financial services, and healthcare. Ryan has extensive experience in reviewing internal audit processes for over 125 organizations, aligning audit management software with IIA Standards and COSO, and providing user training. They currently serve as a Product Manager at Onspring and hold certifications as a CIA, CRMA, and cAAP. Ryan earned a Master of Accountancy from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University.
