Tommy Diaz has been working in the IT field for over 10 years. Tommy started their career as a customer service representative for The Home Depot. Tommy then transitioned into a help desk administrator role for Fikes Wholesale. In 2011, they became a documentation team lead for Universal Software Solutions, Inc. where they were responsible for training new hires and end users on the company's software products. In 2012, Diaz left Universal Software Solutions to start their own wedding production and event business. However, they returned to the IT field in 2013 when they took a position as a network engineer with Onsupport Corporation. Diaz has been with Onsupport Corporation for over 5 years and is currently responsible for managing the company's network infrastructure.
Tommy Diaz studied Local Area Network Security at Austin Community College and then went on to study Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
