Dinesh Menon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business operations. As the Founder of Onsurity, Dinesh oversees Strategy, Business Governance, Investor Relations, and People functions. Previously, Dinesh held key positions at EDGE, including Head of Business Operations and Head of Customer Success. Dinesh served as Chief Operating Officer at Route16 eCommerce Solutions and worked as a Lead Consultant at IBM Smarter Workforce (via AMS). Additionally, Dinesh was a Business Partner in Human Capital at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Dinesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from St Joseph's Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Company Secretaryship from GRD School of Commerce and International Business.
