Nikhil Pai

Nikhil Pai has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Nikhil started their career at Houston Methodist as a Clinical Research Fellow and Assistant Doctor in the field of Oncology. In 2018, they joined Integra Connect as a Product Owner, where they played a key role in transforming the team into agile methodology and successfully executed oncology-based dashboards. Nikhil also focused on data cleansing and improving data quality. In 2020, Nikhil moved to McKesson as a Senior Product Manager, before joining Ontada later that year in the same role. At Ontada, they utilized their broad knowledge to identify new growth areas and product opportunities. Overall, Nikhil has demonstrated proficiency in product management, agile methodology, data analysis, and healthcare research.

Nikhil Pai completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the Sint Eustatius School of Medicine between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their educational background, Nikhil Pai has obtained various certifications. In May 2023, they earned a certification in Data Management in SQL from eCornell. Nikhil also completed a certification in Lean Fundamentals from MoreSteam in the same month and year.

In January 2021, Nikhil received a certification in Product Management from eCornell. Nikhil'searliest certification, Foundations and Build, was obtained from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in February 2019.
