Geetha Sukumar

Geetha Sukumar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. From July 2017 to February 2020, Geetha served as an HR Consultant at The Human Well and Associum Consultants, and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Community Development Council Durham from July 2018 to April 2019. Previous roles include Assistant Manager, Publications, and Branch Redirect Officer at Scotiabank, as well as a Social Studies/Statistics Tutor at the University of Toronto. Geetha continued to build expertise in HR as a Human Resources Consultant at Ontario Power Generation from February 2020 to February 2021 and briefly worked as a Human Resources Business Advisor for the Ontario Government in February 2022. Further experience includes work as a Human Resources Assistant during a co-op term at the Government of Canada and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Half. Geetha holds a Post Graduate Certificate with High Honours in Human Resources Management from Seneca College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, English, and Geography from the University of Toronto, graduating with Distinction.
