Adrian Roos

Adrian Roos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and IT leadership. Currently serving as the Founder of A3Roos BV since January 2022, Adrian also works as a Project Manager at Ontex, focusing on international SAP implementation projects and initiatives within the Manufacturing & Quality domain. Previously, Adrian held the role of IT Project Lead at Niko Group from June 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing complex digital IT projects and supporting European expansion efforts. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Functional/Business Analyst at ACLVB from September 2012 to May 2018, facilitating national IT projects, and an internship at GE Industrial Solutions in 2011, focusing on server phase-out projects. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Informatics from HOGENT and has pursued further education at Vlerick Business School, EHSAL Management School, and Wolters Kluwer.
