Betsy LeBel

Betsy LeBel is currently the Lead IP Counsel for the Americas at Ontex, a position they have held since 2020. They previously worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Thomas Horstemeyer, LLP from 2018 to 2020, and served as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Kemira from 2011 to 2018. Betsy has extensive experience in intellectual property, having also been an Associate and Patent Agent at Hunton & Williams LLP, as well as holding roles in research and product development at Paragon Trade Brands and Johnson & Johnson. They earned a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
