Douglas Freire

Douglas Freire is an experienced electrical and automation engineer currently serving as an Electrical Project Engineer at Ontex since September 2017. With a strong focus on critical activities to mitigate failures and ensure safety, Douglas has also led maintenance teams and developed preventive maintenance plans. Prior to Ontex, Douglas worked at TSE AUTOMATION from July 2013 to August 2017 as a Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included automation project management and PLC programming. Douglas's career began with an internship at TSE AUTOMATION, and earlier experience includes working as a bilingual telemarketer at Embratel. Douglas holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Goiás and a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering from Instituto Federal de Goiás.
