Eva Staelens is the R&D Head of Product Development for Pads and Liners at Ontex. They previously held positions as a Kwaliteitsmedewerker and QA Assistant at Imperial Meat Products, and conducted research during their Master Thesis at Ter Beke focused on sodium reduction in dry sausages. Eva earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Biochemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent in 2013.
