Gary Cassano

Gary Cassano currently serves as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Ontex since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Cyber Security Student at North Carolina State University from October 2021 to February 2024 and Operations Manager at CRANE 1 Services from October 2021 to March 2022. From July 2013 to October 2020, Gary worked as a Maintenance Planner for the Casting Division at Wieland Copper Products, which faced challenges due to market competition in the water tube industry. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Facilities Mechanic A at Data Device Corporation from 2007 to 2011. Gary's education includes certificates in Safety Management and Training from the American Society of Safety Professionals and ongoing studies at the Marshall Institute in Planning & Scheduling and Maximizing Asset Reliability through Preventative Maintenance, alongside training from the US Naval Nuclear Power School.
