Inge Boets

Inge Boets BVBA, with Ms. Boets as its permanent representative, was appointed as Independent Director of Ontex Group NV as of June 30, 2014.

Ms. Boets currently also serves as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. She holds a master's degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
