Omar Dominguez is an experienced operations manager with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Information Systems from Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora. Omar began a career at Kyocera Tijuana in 2007, where responsibilities included process engineering and production efficiency improvement. Progressing to a production supervisor role at DJO from 2011 to 2015, Omar focused on achieving production targets and implementing lean manufacturing methods. After advancing to Superintendente de producción and subsequently Production Manager at DJO Global, Omar was responsible for managing multiple teams and optimizing resource allocation. Currently, Omar holds the position of Operation Manager at Ontex, following a tenure as Operation Manager at Viant Medical from May 2019 to October 2024.
