Piet Hendriks

Piet Hendriks has extensive work experience in various HR-related roles. Piet is currently the VP HR Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Ontex, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Rewards & HR BP Group Functions from January 2020 to December 2021 and as the Group Head of Rewards and HRIS from June 2017 to January 2020 at the same company.

Before joining Ontex, Hendriks worked at SWIFT as the HR Director from January 2010 to September 2016. Additionally, they held the role of Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Systems from October 2005 to December 2009 at SWIFT, where they were responsible for reward and performance management strategy, HR data model, and technology tools.

Hendriks also has experience at Towers Watson, where they served as the Head of Executive Rewards Practice - Brussels from April 2004 to October 2005, leading a team of 7. Prior to that, they worked at Proximus in various roles, including Group Comp & Ben Director, Head of Talent Management, and Comp & Ben Mgr from 1997 to 2004.

Piet started their career at UCB as an International Mobility Manager from 1995 to 1997 and at PwC in tax consulting from November 1992 to April 1995.

Piet Hendriks has a diverse education history. Piet received a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 1990. Piet then pursued further studies in Taxation at HUB-KUBrussel, completing a Graduate program from 1990 to 1992 and a Post Graduate program in Economics from 1990 to 1991. In 2009, Piet attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program. Continuing their professional development, they went to Vlerick Business School in 2011 for a Leadership Development Program called "Leading for High Performance." Most recently, Piet completed the "Leading forward" Corporate Executive Leadership Programme at IESE Business School in 2015. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn.
