Rasha AbdelMalek is an Operational Excellence Guru and Transformational Leadership Mentor who currently works as the Ontex Manufacturing Excellence Capability Leader, where they design manufacturing processes and lead global networks to enhance operational capability. Previously, Rasha held various influential positions at Procter & Gamble, including Plant Service Centre Department Leader and IWS Manager, focusing on lean manufacturing and loss reduction. Rasha also spent time as a freelance Management Consultant, assisting companies and startups with structured expansion. They earned a Master's degree in Coaching and Business Management from Universidad Isabel I and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear and Radiation from Alexandria University.
