Victoria Davis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Victoria began their career at Baker McKenzie as a Lawyer, specializing in Capital Markets & Financial Services. Victoria then joined YWCA Australia as a Project Manager for the CEDAW Report Project, where they led a national women's rights project and co-authored a report submitted to the UN Committee. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Equilibrium Partnership Limited.
In 2011, Victoria became a Vice President at MSCI Inc., where they led a team responsible for Asia-Pacific ESG Research and provided analysis of companies' environmental, social, and governance factors. Victoria then moved to Siemens as a Sustainability Manager in their Corporate Sustainability Office.
Victoria joined Simon Property Group in 2013 and held various roles, including Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Sustainability. In these positions, they were responsible for corporate sustainability initiatives.
Most recently, Victoria became the Global Head of Sustainability for Investment Management at Ontex in 2020. Overall, Victoria Davis has gained expertise in sustainability, project management, and legal services throughout their career.
Victoria Davis completed their Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degrees from the University of Melbourne between 2001 and 2005. Victoria then pursued a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) degree at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2009 to 2010.
