Dr. Jeff Pollard

Dr. Jeff Pollard is a seasoned professional in the fields of psychology and threat assessment, currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Threat Assessment & Management Services at Ontic since October 2021. With extensive experience as an Adjunct Faculty member in Criminology, Law & Society at George Mason University since July 2006, Dr. Pollard teaches courses on Threat Assessment and Management, contributing significant knowledge in areas such as profiling and risk assessment. Dr. Pollard's previous roles include Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and Vice President and Senior Psychologist at SIGMA Threat Management Associates LLC. Dr. Pollard co-founded George Mason University's threat assessment team and has held leadership positions in counseling and health services at multiple universities, offering a wealth of expertise in psychological consultation, program design, and violence prevention strategies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from the University of Virginia and Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Old Dominion University.
