Javier Muñoz

Javier Muñoz is the International Director at ONTIER, bringing over 20 years of experience in legal strategy and corporate management for major international organizations. They have specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, and international contracting, demonstrating proven leadership in strategic decision-making and operational management. Previous roles include General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at PRISA Media and PRISA Radio, respectively. They have also been an active lecturer and laureate professor in Comparative Civil Law and International Contracts since 2008. Javier holds a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has advanced degrees from ESADE Business School and Université libre de Bruxelles.
