Thor Johnsen

Thor Johnsen is a board member at Ontix and was previously with Aqua Comms, Aggelia Infrastructure, and Arcapita. Thor has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy investments, M&A, and deal execution. Notable transactions they have been a part of include the acquisition and sale of Freightliner Group Limited, the acquisition of ERS, the acquisition of Zephyr plc, and the sale of NIE plc.

Thor Johnsen has a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University. Thor also studied at Peking University and CHS.
