Daniel Cárdenas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Daniel started their career in 2012 at Albarran llantas, where they worked as a TI, maintaining equipment, configuring routers, and gaining programming and database management skills. In 2013, they joined DWSoftware as a developer, working on TIBCO and C&A development. Daniel later became a Scrum Master, leading internal teams and managing projects for clients in pharmaceutical products, drones, logistics, and transport. Daniel also worked at Svitla Systems, Inc. as a Scrum Master and at Adventa as a Project Leader, focusing on mobile application control and tracking. In 2019, they joined Ctrl+Sun as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, introducing and adapting the SCRUM methodology for a development team. Currently, they are working at Ontop as a Scrum Master Lead.
Daniel Cárdenas completed their education from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial. From 2005 to 2009, they obtained a degree in Tecnólogo en Informática y Computación. Later, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued Ingeniería Mecatrónica with a specialization in Robotics. Additionally, they have achieved certifications such as Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy and SCRUM MASTER from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2016 and 2020 respectively.
