Vivian Forero

Vivian Forero has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on human resources and talent acquisition. Vivian currently holds the position of Vice President of People Ops at Ontop, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Ontop from September 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Ontop, they worked at Seguros Bolívar S.A. and Banco Davivienda as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2018 to 2021. Vivian also gained experience in the field of human resources as a Human Resources Analyst at Avianca Holdings S.A., a Recruitment Consultant at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial, and an Organizational Psychologist at Cine Colombia. Vivian began their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Corficolombiana and later became a Talent Management Analyst at AB Señalización SAS.

Vivian Forero obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes, graduating in 2016. In 2020, they completed a Specialization in Management for Human Development in the Organization at Universidad de La Sabana. Additionally, Vivian has obtained several certifications, including "De Cero a Product Manager" from Soy Startup Latam in 2022, "Leadership Training" from Ontop in 2022, and "Practitioner - Método de los Colores basado en DISC" from THT - The Talent System in 2021.
