Ben Levi

Co-Founder & COO at Ontra

Ben Levi is the Co-Founder and COO at Ontra. Prior to Ontra, they were the Co-founder at DashMob LLC from January 2009 to December 2010. There, they developed strategies for pricing, branding, marketing, user acquisition and business development. Ben also provided strategic guidance related to design and functionality of website and mobile application. In addition, they recruited and managed “street teams” in Chicago and New York focused on business development and community management.

From September 2008 to May 2013, Levi was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. There, they negotiated all parts of M&A Transactions, primarily in the healthcare space. Ben also drafted and negotiated equity agreements, operating agreements and organizational documents. Furthermore, they offered legal advice on day-to-day issues for clients across industries, including healthcare companies, tech companies and financial services companies.

In August 2008, Levi became the Deputy Voter Protection Coordinator at Obama for America until November 2008.

Lastly, Levi was the Founder at Tembo from May 2012 to August 2013.

Ben Levi attended Harvard Law School and Yale University, where they studied law and history respectively.

They are on a team with Frank Giovinazzo - VP of Account Management, Mitch Spierer - VP of Product, and Elizabeth Black - VP of Talent. Ben Levi reports to Troy Pospisil, Founder & CEO.
