Jon Crandall

Jon Crandall has extensive experience in the legal industry, starting as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2009. Jon then transitioned to an Associate role at the same firm in 2010. From 2011 to 2020, Jon worked as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance. In 2020, they became a Partner at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in capital markets, M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Currently, Jon is the Managing Director, APAC at Ontra (formerly InCloudCounsel), where they focus on implementing efficiencies through technology and a specialized legal team for clients.

Jon Crandall completed their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2006. Jon then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at New York University School of Law from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they also studied law at the National University of Singapore for a brief period.
