Madison Heil

Madison Heil is an experienced professional in talent and people operations, currently serving as the Manager of Talent and People Operations at Ontra since October 2021. At Ontra, a global leader in AI legal tech for private markets, Madison focuses on creating an environment that fosters employee growth. Prior to Ontra, Madison held various roles at BNY Mellon from July 2018 to October 2021, including Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where responsibilities included market trend analysis and engaging passive candidates using advanced technologies. Earlier experience includes positions at A.C.Coy Company and ELD Enterprises as a Talent Acquisition Intern and Human Resources Intern, respectively. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, completed in 2018.
