Matt Woo

Matt Woo began their work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at Ontra in November 2019 and gradually progressed through roles such as Talent Operations Manager, Head of Talent Ops, Head of People Ops, and eventually became the Director of People Operations and Total Rewards in October 2023. In between, they also served as a Talent Associate at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from September 2017 to November 2019 and as an Org Design Consultant at PulsePoint Group from August 2015 to September 2017. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a strong focus on HR and talent management, with experience in recruitment, training, leadership development, and operational management.

Matt Woo graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in French.
