Miles Chan

Miles Chan is the current Vice President and General Manager at Insight. Miles has also worked with Weil Gotshal and Manges, the University of Chicago Corporate Lab, J.P. Morgan, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Chan started their career as a summer legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice in 2010. The following year, they worked as a summer associate for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. In 2012, they took on the role of New Venture Challenge Team Leader at the University of Chicago Corporate Lab where they oversaw 21 law students assisting 17 startup companies.

Chan then returned to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2012 as an associate in their corporate department focusing on capital markets transactions. In 2013, they left Simpson Thacher to join Weil Gotshal and Manges as an associate in their European High Yield Group. Miles remained with Weil until 2015 when they took their current position at Insight.

Miles Chan attended the University of Chicago for their Doctor of Law (J.D.), and then they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Miles'story at Washington University in St. Louis. Miles also attended Saint James School.

Their manager is Troy Pospisil, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Sara Eng - VP of Legal Partnerships, Bridget Deiters - MD, EMEA, and Frank Giovinazzo - VP of Account Management.
