Todd Grote has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Todd started their career in 1995 as the Client Relations Director for Store Level Service Group LLC, where they were responsible for managing 5 major clients and generating annual revenues of over $2 million. In 2005, they joined The Media Group as the Sponsorship Sales Manager, overseeing business development and advertising sales for four national cable TV networks. During their time there, they successfully sold the company's first national sponsorship package to a leading ATV manufacturer. In 2007, Todd joined Maxel Partners as a Principal/Lead Consultant, specializing in inbound marketing and business development for small- and medium-sized businesses. Todd managed a client base that included both early-stage startups and well-established companies, directly generating over $1 million in revenue. Most recently, in 2014, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at OnTrak Software.
Todd Grote attended the University of Evansville from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Todd obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in June 2021 and a certification in Marketing on LinkedIn from LinkedIn in June 2020.
